If you are not completely satisfied with your Bra, you may return the unworn item(s)

with all the original tags attached within 30 days of the ordering date for an exchange or refund.


Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card.



Please allow 3 business days for your return or exchanage to be processed

once the original merchandise has been received by Beautiful You Lingerie.


Due to Health Concerns, there are NO RETURNS on Briefs or Thong Undergarments

There are NO RETURNS on Clearance items.

Some Amoena mastectomy products have a 2 year warranty.

Contact the spa if you have any questions or concerns about the Amoena product(s) warranty.

As the customer you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Initial shipping and handling fees will not be refundable.


If, however the returned item is being exchanged for an item or item(s) of equal or lesser value,

Beautiful You Lingerie will not apply additional shipping and handling fees to ship the replacement merchandise.

If the replacement merchandise is of greater value a shipping and handling fee may apply to your exchange.
